A Richly Layered Autumn at Hotel Washington
Christine and Ben exchanged vows in November, welcoming the crisp days of late autumn with a celebration filled with warmth and color. Their wedding at Hotel Washington paired timeless sophistication with rich jewel tones, setting the stage for an evening that carried well into the night. Marriage & Mimosas brought the celebration together from ceremony through reception.
Soft champagne draping framed the ceremony, where Lal Moya Design layered a gold chuppah with greenery, blush roses, ivory blooms, deep burgundy accents, and periwinkle delphinium. Matching floral arrangements lined the aisle as Christine and Ben exchanged "vows" surrounded by family and friends.
For the reception, bronze draping swept across the ceiling above tables dressed in marbled sage green linens. Gold rimmed glassware, emerald chargers, and blush velvet napkins complemented arrangements of coral roses, burgundy ranunculus, ivory hydrangeas, and thistle, while pleated table lamps cast a softer glow across each setting. Hotel Washington served smoked salmon and caviar blinis during cocktail hour before guests gathered for a plated dinner, champagne, and toasts.
A lively horah brought guests to the dance floor before Christine and Ben shared their dance. MyDeejay kept the celebration moving from there, while Akbar Sayed Photography plays with the room's rich color and warm light, giving the gallery a polished feel that suits the couple's late autumn celebration.
