Katie and David exchanged vows on a golden October afternoon at Winding Creek Farm in Lovettsville, Virginia, surrounded by the changing landscape of the Northern Virginia countryside. Weathered barns, mature trees, and warm autumn light gave their celebration a relaxed setting for the season.
Top Style by Kate Noda completed Katie’s wedding day beauty look. Katie and David exchanged "I'dos" surrounded by family and friends, with ranunculus, garden roses, hydrangeas, peonies, and trailing eucalyptus carrying a palette of dusty rose, mauve, cream, and champagne throughout the ceremony.
Inside the barn, candlelight and eucalyptus garlands warmed the reception, while baby’s breath, wood slab centerpieces, and hanging lanterns dressed the guest tables. Market 93 Provisions Catering served the celebration, while guests raised glasses of Virginia maple whiskey for a regional touch. Later, Katie and David took to the dance floor as family and friends joined them for the evening.
Bakerture brings both photo and film to the celebration, making use of the farm’s weathered barns, open pastures, and autumn light to give Katie and David’s October wedding a warm, distinctly countryside feel.
