Caroline and Xander welcomed the fullness of spring with a May wedding in Leesburg, Virginia, beginning with a ceremony at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church before continuing the celebration at Rust Manor House. Surrounded by lush greenery and the historic character of the NOVA Parks estate, Penderview Events brought the day together with a rich garden inspired palette of olive green, blush, burgundy, and ivory.
Guests gathered on the manor grounds for cocktail hour as a passing rain shower swept across the property. Caroline and Xander spent a few quiet moments inside the manor’s library before returning outdoors. Kenzie Zook Photo brings the spring rain and historic surroundings into the gallery, highlighting the softer atmosphere across the estate.
Beneath a classic reception tent, pieces from Select Event Group paired olive green linens with blush toile runners, amethyst goblets, and candlelight. Poppy Flowers filled the tables with dahlias, ranunculus, garden roses, and trailing Amaranthus in deep burgundy, blush, and ivory, echoing Caroline’s cascading bouquet of anthurium, garden roses, ranunculus, and greenery. Great Blue Heron served dinner before heartfelt toasts gave way to Caroline and Xander’s dance and an evening of celebration.
Set among the lush landscape and historic architecture of Rust Manor House, Caroline and Xander’s May wedding paired romantic garden florals and rich color with the timeless character of a Northern Virginia spring celebration.
