Timeless Elegance at the Fairmont Washington
Nicole and Will celebrated their wedding in the heart of Washington, beginning with a ceremony at Saint Alban’s Episcopal Church before gathering at Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown for cocktail hour and the reception. Fête du Jour Events shaped the day around a timeless palette of white and green, pairing classic details with personal touches throughout.
Flower Palette filled the day with ivory garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, delphinium, Queen Anne’s lace, and trailing greenery, beginning with Nicole’s cascading bouquet of white blooms and vines. Guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and craft cocktails before dinner. Inside, abundant floral runners and taper candles in glass hurricanes stretched along crisp white tables as natural light poured through the arched windows. Table numbers featuring childhood photos of Nicole and Will added a nostalgic detail to the setting.
