The private five acre property brings together the easy character of Isle of Palms with the classic appeal of a Charleston seaside celebration.

At the center of the property, a two story beach house opens toward the coast through expansive windows, broad porches, and an outdoor patio. Inside, the ballroom pairs abundant natural light with arched wood ceilings and a fireplace, while the surrounding lawn, beach, and covered Blue and Grey Pavilion give couples several options for gathering outdoors.

Ceremonies can unfold directly on the sand or across the oceanfront lawn before guests move to the patio and porches for cocktails. Dinner and dancing can continue inside the ballroom or beneath a tent outdoors, allowing the celebration to stay connected to the shoreline throughout the day.

The Citadel Office of Event Management assists with venue scheduling, vendor coordination guidelines, and floor plan review.

Venue staff provides setup and breakdown of included tables and chairs based on an approved floor plan.
