Bridal & Groom Suite Rooms

Access to designated restroom facilities for dressing is provided two hours prior to the ceremony for booked weddings.
Dedicated dressing room rentals are available as an add-on for scheduled garden photography sessions.

Event Rentals

Venue rentals include standard setup of white folding chairs, 60-inch round dining tables, 6-foot rectangular banquet tables, and cafe seating depending on the space booked.
Bloemendaal House rentals include two 30-by-60-foot party tents with cathedral-window-style sidewalls.

Lighting & Sound

Built-in sound systems with auxiliary audio inputs, microphones, and CD players are available in select event facilities.
The Massey Conference Center Auditorium includes chandelier lighting, an LCD projector, an oversized projection screen, and wireless microphones.
Bloemendaal House reception tents include pre-installed bistro lighting.

WiFi

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available within indoor event spaces and visitor buildings.

Catering

All catering and food service is provided exclusively on site through Restaurant Associates.
Outside catering and BYO food are not permitted for private events.

Bar and beverage packages, including beer, wine, and liquor service, are provided exclusively through Restaurant Associates.

On-site Facility Events Coordinators assist clients with venue walkthroughs, rental paperwork, and floor plan layouts.

On-site operations and facility staff manage table and chair setups, directional assistance, and venue maintenance during events.

Wheelchairs and rolling walkers are available for guests to borrow on a complimentary, first-come, first-served basis.

Pets are not permitted on the garden grounds during private events, with exceptions made solely for trained service animals.
