Inventory includes 200 gold Chiavari chairs for indoor use and 200 white resin garden chairs for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.

Catering

Catering must be contracted through one of four pre-approved, licensed, and insured caterers.
Outside food and beverage minimums are not required by the venue.

Alcohol service requires an approved caterer's banquet license or an event-specific ABC banquet license.

Transportation

Driveways and vehicle turnarounds accommodate 55-passenger charter buses and shuttles.
Chartered transportation is required for guest counts exceeding 135 people.
Guest vehicles may remain parked overnight until 10:00 AM the following morning.

Dogs are permitted to participate in outdoor wedding ceremonies and portrait sessions for up to one hour.
Pets require a designated handler at all times and are not permitted inside the mansion.
